The ATM card is powered, holds my ATM Card ID already. I can make the full smart card concept inside the mouse.
My alternative patent is to make the intelligent smart card mouse. Put a thumb print detector on the side, a palm detector up top. Damn near perfect fit of serious on line transactions, stock market to reatail to reading blogs for a penny. Important stuff.
