Internet ad traffic getting worse

I have noticed the number of news and blogs I read has diminished as I exit as soon as the ad traffic starts.   I am not paying 80% of my Internet bill to fill up the traffic space with ads, no thinks.  I want Penny Clicker, the ability to send a few pennies and shut the ad stream.
