Net Neutrality

I can tell a few things by watching this old, slow Linux system with crappy hardware. The main thing is about 65% of the traffic is ads, each of my clicks generating about ten other clicks. I can also tell that X Windows fouls up the buffer flush process now and then.

But, one thing about net neutrality, it is a meaningless concept when free content generates this humongous extra ad traffic.  The Internet needs my Bearer Penny process, tap our smart card or smart mouse and directly send a penny to read a post.  Do that and all the ads get rewritten to match valuable content.

What was the name of the new company? I forget. But it makes the Bearer Penny work, it replaces the copper penny and you can send them direct.
