Sanders courts GOP voters with 'Medicare for All' plan

The 'for All' part means it is going onto debt and will be covered during the 'meeting of the elders'.  

I doubt we will be able to raise taxes before the meeting, most of the new stuff is all going onto debt; meaning interest charges and shutdowns.
