The immigrants are going to LA

Rather, this injunction turns on the narrow issue of whether the MPP complies with the Administrative Procedures Act (“APA”). The conclusion of this order is only that plaintiffs are likely to show it does not, because the statute DHS contends the MPP is designed to enforce does not apply to these circumstances, and even if it did, further procedural protections would be required to conform to the government’s acknowledged obligation to ensure aliens are not returned to unduly dangerous circumstances.

Said a California Federal Judge.   San Diego would be better, the new immigrants can commute back and forth to Tijuana.  But, LA, is OK; and they have plenty of free housing, the kids can get schooled with government health care.

Here is the chart of where everyone goes.  New, poor immigrants to LA, New York, and Miami.  Internally we are moving to the high growth south and west, increasingly Texas.

So,  we get a partition, pack em in at LA, we get economies of scale as that place has plenty of camptown space and a mild season.
