Trumps military deal with their CIA man in Libya also involves the state of California paying for a whole bunch more military spending. The more Trump pulls these stupids, the least likely California will support federal taxes. Even Obama had to negotiate for a share of California income taxes, so image Trumps problem in trying to get any money to cover the Republican Communist Debt. We are due to either a sequester, or tax and sequester, the negotiations to get money from California is increasingly difficult and Trump is increasingly dependent on California to pay debt costs.
