I have a chihuahua

Scientists added human brain genes to monkeys. Yes, it’s as scary as it sounds.

I need to get the dog modified so it understands that my opposing thumb is connected to me, I am not a collection of separate mouths.  

I am not sure I want this dog to have an opposing thumb, it would be a terror around the house. Is there a company?
