New York, California and Illinois the big losers. We are going to have a tax battle to make up the lost income tax in the three public sector states.
Illinois is totally screwed here. The lose half as much wealth as California, but are one third the size of California. This chart tells me that Mayor Lightfoot will see the Chicago budget have much more difficulty before her term is through.
